Application for Individual Fee Assistance

Fee Assistance Policy

An application for a 50% fee reduction to the programs you listed below must be submitted to the office before the participant is registered.
Applicants for fee reduction must compete for space in a program, class, etc., on a first-come, first-serve basis, the same as anyone else.
The manager will review the application once all documentation has been submitted. If approved, and registration is open, you may register for the program at that time.
Fee reduction does not apply to programs $35 and under.
Some camps/classes/leagues offered by vendors may not be eligible.
Each approved person in the family will be permitted one league, program, group, lesson, class or camp fee reduction pers season (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter).
