Payment Policy

All payments for approved artificial turf field requests must be submitted within five (5) business days of approval to hold reservation.

Refund Policy

All refunds are subject a 20% administration fee. To qualify for a refund, a written request must be submitted three (3) business days prior to the scheduled field rental. A $25 fee will be charged for any changes to dates, times or locations after a permit has been finalized.
