Payment Policy

All payments for approved artificial turf field requests must be submitted within 72 hours of approval to hold reservation. If payment is not received your booking will be cancelled.

Refund Policy

All refunds are subject a 20% administration fee. To qualify for a refund, a written request must be submitted three (3) business days prior to the scheduled field rental. A $25 fee will be charged for any changes to dates, times or locations after a permit has been finalized.
